Our neighborhood consists of 141 homes located in the historic southwest area of Charlotte, NC. Among our many amenities is a 7 acre common area to include a pond with fountains, walking trails, playground, and picnic area.
Our Neighborhood is in the Steele Creek area of charlotte, off of Choate Circle between South Tryon and Carowinds. The three main entry streets into our neighborhood are Canvasback, King Eider, and Harlequin. Residents enjoy a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes from restaurants and shopping.
